INTOS has been the specialist in high-quality custom furnishing and interior design since 1991. We are now one of the largest in the Netherlands. We use our expertise to create inventive interiors for work, shopping, travel and medical environments which do justice to each user. We do this for a variety of companies and organisations such as Booking.com, the Rijksmuseum, Rituals, ING, Google, Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC), Schiphol Airport and other international airports. And often in collaboration with (interior) architects. Being active in various sectors ensures that INTOS has a healthy and stable business position. We carry out all our projects with fixed teams. Consequently, the same group of colleagues works continuously on the perfect project realisation from start to finish, with support from INTOS staff departments.

The 12,000 m2 indoor workshop is the domain of our furniture makers and colleagues in machinery and logistics. In addition, a large number of our interior builders work in the field to assemble our interiors on location. Our ultramodern office in Haarlem is the permanent workplace of colleagues in the position of team and project leader, work planner, engineer and calculator. But also of the support teams; Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Business Development. Wondering which position would suit you?

Introduction interview

The first introductory meeting is with our recruiter Myrthe and the team leader who is looking for a new colleague. During this interview, we would like to get to know you and tell you more about INTOS!

Follow-up

Are we both enthusiastic after the first interview? Then a second interview with two other INTOS employees will follow. During the second interview, we will go deeper into the function and the possible match between you as a person and our company.

Proposal

Are we and you enthusiastic? Then you will receive a proposal to start working at INTOS!

Contract

We make the contract for you and after putting your (digital) signature, you are ready to become a real INTOS'er. Welcome!

INTOP, the INTOS Development Plan

INTOS is bursting with talent! To make sure that everyone discovers his or her talents and is able to use them optimally, we have drawn up INTOP: the INTOS Development Plan. Learning and development happens at INTOS in many different ways: from training on the job to following a recognised education, from work sessions to a personal coaching programme. Together we find out which form of learning, practical, theoretical or a combination, fits best. That way, INTOS employees reach the peak of their talents!
